Primary duties and responsibilities are to Protect and serve our children by committing to serve in youth church at least 1 Sunday per month, attend monthly C.R.E.W member meeting, communicate any changes in the schedule if you become incapable of fulfilling your monthly commitment. Duties could be: to teach, assist in various classes, facilitate arts & crafts, chaperone off-campus activities, and to be fully committed to the vision of our Pastor and Tabernacle of Praise ministries as a whole.
Expectations are as follows: Be a Christian, attend church regularly, encouraging in speech, an example in Christian character operating in the spirit of excellence, responsible in leadership, faithful in commitments, pure in relationships, respectful of authority, in partnership with parents and have a teachable spirit. Requirements: be a regular attendee of the church for at least 6 months before being appointed to any leadership role in the youth ministry, must be 18 years of age or older unless working under the supervision of an adult who has met the qualifications and each member is required to submit a C.R.E.W. member screening form, signed volunteer covenant, completed reference form and consent for reference check form and may be subject to a background check.

We would like to add that we take seriously our responsibility in serving our children/youth. We have guidelines set to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which we can bring them to the Savior. All of our guidelines are designed to promote growth in God for each child and adult involved.
